Who we are?
Five years ago, Tsubomi Foods was born from the founders’ love for Japanese pastry, a love that led them to master the ancient techniques of crafting Daifuku Mochi, better known as Mochis.
The aim was to create a high-quality product using the finest ingredients, which prompted the establishment of an artisan workshop in the year 2019. Skilled professionals with extensive experience in pastry and a passion for Japanese confectionery were brought together for this purpose.
Over the years, the workshop has become a benchmark for many restaurants across Spain, offering the quality and craftsmanship they desire for their customers.
Today, we take pride in having successfully met our objectives of product quality and service. We continue to work towards blending tradition and innovation, developing new flavors using age-old techniques to which our products will always remain faithful.

Our installations
An artisanal process, like the one followed in our workshop, requires facilities that not only provide a conducive working environment for our master pastry chefs but also ensure hygiene and product preservation.
The different areas within our workshop are designed to address various stages of the process, ranging from raw material storage to the artisanal production process and the storage of the final product under optimal conditions for preservation.
All investments have been directed toward ensuring a smooth production process and the proper preservation and distribution of our products, ensuring they reach our customers in the best possible condition.
